Trackel is run by Dizi Lopes, who is responsible for (the “controller” of) your personal data. You can reach me at trackeltrading@gmail.com.

• Your Whop account details: your Whop user ID, name and email address, shared by Whop when you sign in.
• Your plan: whether your Whop memberships include Trackel Pro.
• Your journal: the trades, notes, checklist, mindset answers and screenshots you add.

The app uses one essential cookie to keep you signed in. There are no analytics, ads or tracking cookies, and no third-party scripts.

• Supabase stores your account and journal (servers in the EU, Ireland).
• Whop handles sign-in and memberships.
• The hosting provider serves the app and briefly processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver pages and keep them secure.

I will never sell your data or share it with anyone for their own marketing.

You can ask to see, export, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing trackeltrading@gmail.com. Deleting your account removes your journal and screenshots permanently. You also have the right to complain to the data protection authority in your country.

If this policy changes, I will update the date at the top of this page.
